Backstory - The beginning
Fyth was born in Vesper Bay, Thanalan to a Hyur mother and a Viera father, though he didn't know either of them. Shortly after his birth, he was put up for adoption and there he stayed for the majority of his early childhood. It was not until he turned ten years old, that he sprouted Padjal horns and began experiencing massive aether fluctuations.
For the safety of the town, it was decided to send the young Fyth to the city-state of Gridania where the Padjal makes their home. It was in Gridania where he learned the art of conjury very early on to help control his aetheric flow.
When Fyth turned sixteen, he was already a relatively powerful White Mage. Having spent the last six years of his life training in Gridania, Fyth found a sense of wander lust bubbling within him. He was granted leave to travel Eorzea so long as he kept in contact with the Elder Seedseer.

Headcanons
Fyth likes to decorate his horns with jewelry because he has always hated them. While he doesn't hate them as much as he used to, he still likes to make them pretty and sparkly.
The spirits speak to him, usually through the wind. They will tell him, in general, when something is about to happen to him. He is very in tune with these spirits and holds a special affinity for the wind.
Fyth has maintained his youthful appearance far better than any Hyur or Viera because of his Padjal heritage. He appears to be in his early twenties.
He ONLY knows he is part Hyur because he is Padjal and only Hyur have been chosen as Padjal.
